ACE Region Europe is proud to present Summerfest 26: “Le Voyage Lumiere “

A full week, all-organized coaster trip in France. We have planned a great schedule so that this will be an experience like never before. The ACE Europe team is currently working with the parks regarding ERT’s, Backstage Tours and more.
Also included is a Trip Polo & T-shirt shirt, badge & lanyard, booklet, … Like always.

All transportation is done by a Double Decker coach from the bus company Nooteboom.

Important Information:
The Maximum number of attendees are 75 passengers! If we reach 75, FULL is FULL! After that we start with a waiting List! Currently the ACE Europe Region has booked 30 double rooms and 15 single rooms.

We will close registration on 28th of February 2026! This is also the last day that you can cancel your participation to get a refund for your down payment

Also, we will have day invites for some parks, but more information regarding that will be closer to the start date of trip.

ACE USA Italy trip:
“Le Voyage Lumiere” has been planned for 1 1/2 years, long before the USA Italy trip was announced, and our dates were already locked in. Some of you will want to join both trips but we want to inform you that, due to regulations regarding driving times for our trip bus driver, we can’t provide transport to any nearby airports on Friday, July 10 or Saturday, July 11.

If you leave the trip early, you will need to arrange your own transportation. Also, there will be no difference in pricing for people leaving earlier.

Pricing Information:
Participants will need to pay a down payment of 1000€ (all payments need to be in Euros). Down payment received means also that you’re confirmed on the trip and will receive a confirmation email.

Why 1000€? Because we must pay already an amount of money to confirm the reservations at most hotels in France.
The rest of the payment needs to be made two months before the trip (End of April 2026).

The remaining payment depends on the number of people on the trip. Below are the estimated prices for the trip. The final price could be a bit lower or higher!!

• 0-25 people on the trip:
o Single room: 3140€ pp
o Double room: 2200€ pp

• 26-35 people on the trip:
o Single room: 3010€ pp
o Double room: 2070€ pp

• 36-45 people on the trip:
o Single room: 2850€ pp
o Double room: 1915€ pp

• 46 – 55 people on the trip:
o Single room: 2760€ pp
o Double room: 1820€ pp

• 56 – 65 people on the trip:
o Single room: 2690€ pp
o Double room: 1755€ pp

• 66 – 75 people on the trip:
o Single room: 2650€ pp
o Double room: 1710€ p
